  • All Sales Are Final: Once a digital product has been downloaded, minted, or transferred to your digital wallet, we cannot issue a refund. This is to ensure the authenticity and security of the items in our store.

    • Contact us for a replacement or refund with evidence of the issue.
  3. Unauthorized Transactions:

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind about the purchase after completing the transaction.
  • Compatibility Issues: Ensure that your wallet or digital device is compatible with the purchased item. Compatibility issues are not grounds for a refund.
  • Resold or Transferred Items: Once the NFT or digital product has been transferred to another wallet or sold, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.
