Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty digital download (e.g., a corrupted or inaccessible file), email us at info@fizzyshack.com with a screenshot or description of the issue along with your order details. We’ll verify the problem and provide a corrected file or a free replacement. There’s no need to "return" anything—just let us know, and we’ll make it right!
Item Not Delivered on Time
We understand it can be frustrating not to receive your digital download on time. Typically, downloads are available immediately after purchase, but occasional delays can occur due to technical glitches.
If you haven’t received your download link:
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the order confirmation.
- Contact us at info@fizzyshack.com, and we’ll resend the link promptly.
Wrong Item Delivered
If the digital file you received doesn’t match your order, please contact us with a screenshot and your order details at info@fizzyshack.com. If it’s our error, we’ll promptly send you the correct file at no additional cost.
I Ordered By Mistake/I’m No Longer Interested
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and the files haven’t been downloaded yet, we may be able to cancel your order.
Will You Have More Designs, Styles, and Products Often?
Absolutely! We release new digital art and designs weekly. Log into to stay updated on the latest drops and exclusive promotions.
Do You Sell Worldwide?
Yes, digital downloads are available globally. As long as you have a valid email address and a compatible device, you can purchase from anywhere in the world!
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Digital Download?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your download link immediately or within 1-2 business daysin rare cases. If you experience any delays, don’t hesitate to contact us.
May I Get a Receipt or Transaction ID?
Yes! All purchases come with a confirmation email and receipt. If you haven’t received yours, email us at info@fizzyshack.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it.
Where Can I Access My Download?
Your download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Ensure you enter your email correctly. If you lose the link, contact us, and we’ll resend it.
Will You Email Me When My Order Is Processed?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with the download link once your order is processed.
